Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned, due to this, Sammy's Bark does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold.
Please note: We will not re-ship nor offer refunds in the event an incorrect mailing address in the shipping section was entered when placing your order. If an incorrect shipping address was entered by the customer, please contact happy@sammysbark.com
as soon as possible and prior to your order being fulfilled.
We do not offer refunds for any order marked delivered or an item that is in transit via USPS. If an order is marked delivered but you have not received your cookies, we kindly suggest contacting your local post office, as they can better assist in locating your shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds nor re-send boxes for those reasons.
